Concussion Code of Conduct
In adherence to current Rowan’s Law/concussion protocol, this form must be printed and signed (or signed and emailed to ottawadiving@rogers.com) for every diver before they are allowed to participate. This is a province-wide initiative across all sports to raise awareness and maintain safe practices.
